I have sorta wavy hair, I wish I had it like straight and Im worried that it wont be straight for a day. How do you straighten hair and how do you make stay straight for the whole day. I want my hair to be atleast like this one:

Use a wide flat iron on high heat and rub a little hair straightening gel in it first. I use Redken Straight that you buy at bascially any beauty shop, but I'm sure there are other good brands.

Well I have naturally curly hair and I always have my hair stylist straighten my hair when I get it done. All she does is use a big round brush and blows it out straight. Or you can also use a flat iron, prefferrably one that is ceramic and ionic. How long it will stay depends on the humidity in the place you live. I would say it should last at least a day tho. lemme tell u how i do it. ive got big wavy hair also, and i put this straightening cream right after washing my hair, then i blow dry it, and straightenin it with a really good hair straightener, mine is conair ceramic. it works very well! and it takes me approximitaly 20 mins a day, max 25. and i do it in the morning and it stays straight till night! hope i helped=)

I HATE my hair. That's why i usually straighten it. its best to buy a fairly expensive flat iron. Don't get a cheap one, they are never good for your hair. And your question was how long it takes? It takes about 15-30min to straighten mine, and it's about past my shoulders. Also, you should get a hair product that is used for hair that has to deal with heat (curling irons, flat irons, exc.) If you don't your hair ends up being really frizzy with a lot of split ends. Good luck with your new hair! ;)

get a straightner and straighten ur hair from root to tip until fully straight. at sallys beauty store there is a spray that protects ur hair from getting burned by heat called "Turned Up The Heat Flat Iron Protection"-- use this product before straightening. You should be able to keep ur hair straight for about a week(i do it and i have curlyer hair than you) just wrap ur hair at night and if u need, u can do touch ups in the morning if u need to.

then u shud use a wide flat iron on ur hair.
