my mom's been dyeing her hair for the past many yrs so they had bcome dry ..n now wen she went to get em straightened,the bloody whore of a beautician burnt em... i dunno how..it seems the hair has burnt at the roots...plzzz helpp,is there ne treatment???

im not sure theres any treatement because if the roots are burnt then the rest of the hair that grows will still be burned.

Joico products. Deep condition. Put it on your hair, put on a shower cap over the conditioned hair. Use a dryer on the shower cap, rinse with cool water. Use everyday for at least a week. It worked wonders for me!

If her hair was in bad condition from coloring, then she should not have any chemicals in it, especially a chemical relaxer. The only thing she can do is to moisturize moisturize moisturize!! Use a good conditioner, aveda damage remedy is excellent, and then redken anti snap leave in conditioner, it helps rebuild the hair and reduces breakage, and tell her to stay away from all chemicals until her hair is in good condition again.
