Pantene for "Women of Color". It has shampoo, condioner(srry cant spell) and everyday hair cream. I wash my hair every week.

depends on what kind of hair you have. I am african american with chemically straightened hair%26gt; I wash my hair 2 times a week because it is very dry. I have tried every kind of hair care product out there to help with my brittle hair and the only thing that works extremely well is KPAK by Joico. You can find in in a beauty supply store (a nicer one...not like Sally's) it's about $12 a bottle. There is shampoo, conditioner, reconstructor and intense hydrator, maybe more. Then before I blow dry I use a serum by CHI.
