Get a Chi straightner. (flat iron). At any good salon or beauty store (like sephora). Get ready to spend at lest $100. But you will LOVE it! Get one good straighting lotion you like (I like Oscar Blondie straigting cream at Sephora). Wash/cond. , towel dry and add product. Let dry or blow dry. Then with a clip...clip up hair in sections. Starting at the neck and working up. When your done put a nice glossing cream on ( I LOVE freddic fekkai glossing cream...makes hair look so silky!). And thats IT! Its sooo easy any one can do it and you will love your hair! Good luck :)
